The Feldenkrais Method®

The Feldenkrais Method® teaches us how to move more efficiently, with greater ease, more comfort, with less pain.   Consider what you would like to do with greater ease.  Whether you are an athlete, a performing artist, a contractor, a fisherperson, use fine hand movements, or want to be more comfortable sitting, more mobile to play with your children and grandchildren, the Feldenkrais Method® can improve how you move.

We all have habits; that over time can cause us a lot of pain and discomfort. The Feldenkrais Method® rewires our brain to optimize how we move.   With each Feldenkrais® lesson you will learn to move with greater ease.

The Feldenkrais® learning process is full of pleasant surprises and personal break throughs.  After experiencing a Feldenkrais® lesson people often express that they move more freely, that they use more of the whole self, are less tense and sleeping more deeply.
