Awareness Through Movement® lessons based on the Feldenkrais Method®.   

The Feldenkrais Method® lends itself well to group classes that are know as Awareness Through Movement® lessons.   The teacher verbally guides you through a sequence of gentle movements in a group setting.  Typically, you are often lying on a floor mat, letting gravity support you, in your own  comfortable clothing. 

The lessons help you move with greater ease and comfort.  I haven’t met a sole who couldn’t benefit from moving more efficiently and with greater ease.   Efficient movement means less repetitive stress injuries, less pain, higher performance athletes, more comfortable gardening, walking, you name it, we can all benefit by moving more efficiently with the Feldenkrais Method®.  

Your personal goals may include pain relief, improving performance, preventing and/or recovering from an injury, slowing degenerative conditions and overall enjoyment in the way you move and feel.

Feldenkrais® lessons teach you to take charge of your own improvement, which is full of pleasant surprises and personal breakthroughs.
